Bob Books Set 2, Book 5 is a review book. No new sounds are introduced. Don’t let this fool you — this type of review, where our students use rules they know to read new words and longer sentences, is an important part of strengthening their reading muscles.
We have talked about the idea that double-consonants have a single sound before with our students, but if they need a reminder along the way, just do it during the lesson.
