This book is called Willy’s Wish and it’s one of the harder books in the set. Because of this, I slow it down and use three lessons (rather than two) the first time through. In the first half of the book, no new rules are introduced, and yet there is still a lot going on in terms of length and difficulty. Up until this point, the books have focused on using a couple of rules per book. This book is using a whole bunch of rules all over the place.
In the second half of the book, a number of new sounds are introduced. Remember to be patient with your students and, while not hasty, definitely generous with your help.
